What others say

  • “It felt very strange talking about myself, but Kelly made me feel comfortable and made me feel I was in a safe space to talk. The room was welcoming and comfortable, Kelly was never late, I felt comfortable discussing my very personal issues with Kelly. She listened and asked the right questions. I now feel comfortable and safe attending counselling in the future if I need help again.”

  • “Kelly was amazing, just listening and clarifying things. I am so much better for talking to Kelly, I can now face the future. Kelly has been so supportive. She has helped me so much. I was very low after losing both parents in six weeks. I could not even bear to look at photos of them. With her help I now have the photos up and look at them daily. I really felt that I could talk to Kelly about things and she helped me to move on so I can look to the future and deal with everything. I can’t thank her enough.”

  • “At first, I didn’t feel counselling was for me, however, I built up a rapport quickly with my counsellor and I felt much benefit from the sessions. Thank you to Kelly.”
