What happens at the free initial call
This initial call will take place virtually or as a phone call. We will discuss how we might work together, what you are looking for, how I work and any other questions you have.
If counselling sessions are something we agree are the best way forward for you, we will arrange a date and time for your first session. This can be face to face in my private practice in Lichfield, via telephone or online via a secure video service.
my approach
My counselling approach focuses on a human perspective which means you are seen as the expert on yourself. I am trained as integrative, meaning my initial core is person-centred, and I use various therapeutic methods to suit your specific needs, understanding that everyone is different. This flexible approach allows you to address your emotions, thoughts, and behaviours alongside me, supporting your personal development and helping you to achieve your full potential.
